This wallpaper piece borrows its cloud pattern from the 19th century painting Haehakbandodo, and its title from Honolulu where the work is currently located. In the middle of the wall, like a floating cloud, hangs the drawing that we made and used to make the pattern.

전시실 가벽크기에 맞게 제작되어 도배된 이 벽지 작품은 19세기 조선 궁중회화 '해학반도도'에서 구름무늬를 차용하여 만들어진 작품이다. 작품의 제목은 미국 하와이의 호놀룰루미술관에 영구 소장되어 있는 ‘해학반도도’를 뜻하기도 한다. 이 벽지 한 가운데에 뜬구름처럼 걸린 드로잉 작품은 작가가 그린 벽지의 원본이 길거리에서 발견한 버려진 액자에 걸려 있다.
