The photograph depicts a wall in an empty house in an area about to be demolished. On the wall, it reads, "Dear my house, thank you so much for allowing my family to live a healthy and happy life. My house! Let's meet again with more luck in the future. I will miss you, Deoksan flat!"
The photograph is printed on the same style banner that are commonly used to promote redevelopment in old neighbourhoods and to announce other related events, such as eviction dates.

이 작품은 철거가 시작된 지역의 한 연립주택 거실 벽에 써있는 문구를 찍은 사진현수막 작업이다. 벽에는 “사랑하는 나의 집에게, 그동안 우리 가족 건강하게 행복하게 잘 살게 해주어서 정말 고마웠다. 우리집아! 앞으로도 더 많은 행운으로 또 다시 만나자. 덕산연립~ 그리운 덕산연립! 고마운 덕산연립”이라고 적혀있다. 한 지역이 재개발 추진 및 확정 등이 이루어지면 언제나 골목마다 현수막이 걸리는데서 착안한 작품이다.
